As a female, minority endurance coach, I value instilling self-efficacy, self-trust, and self-esteem through sport and speech amongst the athletes I guide. The COCI  apprenticeship program provides a supportive space and guided platform for coaches to strengthen their voice, be pulled up a ladder of success via networking, where they’ll gain competency, confidence, camaraderie, connection, and clarity in a year’s time that easily could have taken a decade+ on their own!
